Who we are
MIP Maintenance started with a simple frustration shared by every homeowner in Pretoria East: getting a reliable tradesman to show up, do the work properly, and charge what was quoted. We built the business around fixing exactly that.
Today we are a small, hands-on team of qualified tradesmen and finishers working out of 38 Princeps Cres, Garsfontein, Pretoria. We are deliberately local — most of our work is within fifteen minutes of the workshop, which is why we can get to an urgent leak or a failed geyser the same day, and why our reputation travels street by street.
Because we cover plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, roofing, carpentry and steel work in-house, one phone call replaces the usual chain of specialists. A bathroom renovation, for example, is plumbed, tiled, wired and painted by the same team, on one schedule, under one quote.
