What is painting, and when should you call MIP?
Painting by MIP Pinnacle Projects (MIP Pinnacle Projects (Pty) Ltd) covers interior and exterior painting with a clean, straight finish for homes, complexes, rental properties and small businesses in Garsfontein and across Gauteng. Quotes are free and in writing, and you can reach us on WhatsApp or 072 069 9917.
Proper preparation is what separates a paint job that lasts eight years from one that peels in eighteen months. We wash, scrape, fill, sand and prime before a brush touches your walls, then apply quality paint in even coats with crisp cut-in lines and fully protected floors and furniture.
Problems we solve
These are the painting issues homeowners, landlords and complexes across Gauteng ask us to assess.
- Peeling, chalky or sun-faded exterior paint
- Hairline cracks and filler marks showing through walls
- Damp patches that keep coming back after painting
- A tired interior that needs a clean, modern colour change
What you get
- Full surface prep: wash, scrape, fill, sand, prime
- Interior, exterior, roofs, gutters and trim
- Damp and crack treatment before painting
- Furniture and floors covered and protected
- Colour guidance if you want it
