- Do you provide free quotations?
- Yes. Quotes are free and in writing. Send photos and a short description on WhatsApp to 072 069 9917 and we price materials and labour before any work starts.
- Which areas does MIP Maintenance cover?
- We are based at 38 Princeps Cres, Garsfontein, Pretoria, and work daily across Garsfontein, Faerie Glen, Menlyn, Lynnwood, Moreleta Park, Waterkloof, Centurion and the rest of Pretoria East.
- Do you work for businesses as well as homes?
- Yes. We work in private homes, complexes and estates, rental properties, offices and small commercial premises.
- How quickly can you respond?
- WhatsApp is the fastest route. We are open Monday to Saturday from 07:00 and Sundays from 08:00, until midnight, and will tell you honestly when we can be on site.
- How do I book a job?
- Pick a date on the online booking calendar, use the quote form, or WhatsApp 072 069 9917 or 078 090 5274. We confirm every booking on WhatsApp before we arrive.
- Is there a call-out fee?
- An assessment call-out starts at R350 for jobs that need an on-site look first. It is waived when you accept the quotation and we do the work.
- Do you supply the materials?
- Either way works. We can supply quality materials and fittings at trade prices, or install items you have already bought.
- Do you work weekends?
- Yes. Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 00:00 · Saturday: 07:00 – 00:00 · Sunday: 08:00 – 00:00. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us outside of a site visit.
- Can I send photos of the problem instead of arranging a visit?
- Yes, and it is usually quicker. Send photos and a short description on WhatsApp and we will quote from those, or tell you if we need to see the job in person first.
